About Our

IOP Program

15 Promises To Freedom

15 Promises To Freedom is a versatile learning platform that combines engaging video modules, interactive worksheets, and clear instructions to support personal growth. Unlike traditional programs, we prioritize both individual learning and group reflection sessions to foster community support and diverse perspectives. Additionally, our platform offers skill-based classes and psychoeducation modules, covering topics from communication to emotional intelligence.

Therapy Sessions

Group: The group therapy setting allows individuals to gain a sense of belonging and reduce feelings of isolation, while also learning from others who are going through similar challenges. It can also provide an opportunity for individuals to practice social skills, increase self-awareness, and develop coping strategies in a safe and supportive environment.

Individual: Involves a one-on-one interaction between a trained therapist and a client. The therapist provides a safe and confidential space for the client to discuss their concerns, emotions, and thoughts in a non-judgmental environment.

Neurofeedback Treatment

In our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we incorporate neurofeedback, an innovative therapy that enhances brain function through real-time feedback on brainwave activity. During sessions, participants engage in tasks tailored to modulate brainwave patterns, fostering self-regulation and improving mental health. With personalized protocols and guidance from our clinicians, neurofeedback complements our holistic approach to treatment, empowering participants on their journey to recovery.
